Care during Pregnancy

Hormone changes in pregnancy can lead to inflamed gums. It is important to keep a high standard of oral hygiene during pregnancy and continue to visit the dentist and hygienist regularly.

Routine dental work should not present any problem during pregnancy. If you have concerns regarding your teeth or gums whilst pregnant, the dentist will be happy to discuss these with you.
